Ocean Groovy Return and Refund Policy
This policy outlines how Ocean Groovy handles returns, refunds, and exchanges. Please read it carefully before placing an order.
1. Our 30-Day Happiness Guarantee & Return Window
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may request a return or exchange for any eligible item within 30 days from the date the order was delivered.
2. Returns for Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items (Printful Errors)
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, we will happily replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Note: All products are unique and produced per order. Size and color variations from what you see on your monitor are not considered defects.
3. Returns for Buyer’s Remorse (Size Exchange, Color Change, Customer Discretion)
As our products are made to order, we generally cannot accept returns for reasons outside of defect or damage. However, to meet industry standards and provide the best service, we offer the following option for non-defective returns:
Non-Defective Return Option: 30-Day Store Credit
We accept returns for non-defective items (e.g., you ordered the wrong size or changed your mind) within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

The return must be initiated by contacting our support team first.

Once the item is received and inspected, we will issue a store credit for the full product price (excluding original shipping costs).

4. How to Initiate a Return

Do Not send the product back to the return address on the label without contacting us first.

The reason for the return (e.g., "damaged," "wrong size," or "changed mind").

We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific return address for your item.
5. Refund and Processing Time

For Defective/Damaged Items: Once the claim is approved, a full refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

For Buyer's Remorse (Store Credit): Once the returned item is received at our facility and inspected, your store credit will be issued via email within 5-7 business days.
