Ocean Groovy Shipping Policy

At Ocean Groovy, every product is custom-made just for you immediately after you order. Because our items are created on demand, our fulfillment process involves two distinct phases: Production and Shipping.

1. Fulfillment (Production Time) ⏱️

This is the time it takes to create your custom product before it is shipped.

  • Standard Fulfillment Time: Orders are typically produced within 2–7 business days. During peak holiday seasons, this timeframe may be extended.

  • Multiple Items: If you order several different items (e.g., a shirt and a mug), they may be produced and shipped separately, resulting in multiple tracking numbers. This ensures you get your products as fast as possible.

2. Shipping (Transit Time) 🚚

Once your order is fulfilled, the transit time is how long it takes to reach your delivery address.1 Printful ships from multiple locations globally (US, Canada, Mexico, Europe, Australia, etc.).2

Total Delivery Time Calculation

To calculate your total estimated delivery time, combine the two phases:

Total Delivery Time = Fulfillment Time + Shipping Time

Example: For a US order with Standard Shipping, the total time is 2-7 days (Fulfillment) + 3–6 days (Shipping) = 5–13 business days.

3. Shipping Costs & Tracking 💲

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the package size, weight, and destination. 

  • Tracking: All orders include tracking. Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking link to become active.

  • Customs and Import Taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply to international shipments. Ocean Groovy is not responsible for delays due to customs.

4. Issues with Delivery

  • Incorrect Address: If a customer provides an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the Printful facility. The customer will be responsible for re-shipment costs once we confirm an updated address.

  • Unclaimed Shipments: Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the facility and the customer will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.

Lost in Transit: If a package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. Claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We will work with Printful to process a reshipment for you.
